All new clients begin with a 45-minute consultation ($100) to ensure my services are tailored to your unique business needs.
À la carte services are available if you’re interested in one-off creative support, custom campaigns, or specialty collateral without a full package commitment.
When we move forward, the consultation fee will be applied toward your total package cost.

Starting at $1,800/listing | One-time fee covers the first month; billed hourly for ongoing support beyond four weeks.

I’m a passionate creative strategist, marketing consultant, and founder of Mijon Marketing & Consulting. With a background rooted in Hawai’i real estate marketing, brand strategy, and public relations, I specialize in helping REALTORS® and small businesses elevate their businesses with intentional messaging and thoughtful design.
Before launching MMC, I spent three years at Compass Real Estate, where I worked alongside top-producing agents who represented over $2 billion in sales. I led strategic campaigns for listings ranging from $500K to $75M, oversaw a portfolio of over 300 clients, and played a key role in expanding Compass Hawai’i’s presence across the islands. I also led business development workshops, advised on scalable brand strategy, and mentored new marketing advisors.
Now, I proudly collaborate with Compass, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury agents, and select clients across Hawai'i and beyond, offering tailored marketing, brand refreshes, and visual storytelling with white-glove consulting based in creativity and strategy.
When I’m not deep in design or strategy, you’ll find me ocean-side with a snorkel in hand, planning my next creative shoot, traveling, or enjoying slow mornings with my husband and two dogs, Harley and Bear. I believe great marketing starts with connection — to your story, your audience, and your why — and I’m here to help bring that to life.
After three incredible years living on O‘ahu, I’ll be based in Joshua Tree, California, starting this September for the next two years, continuing to support my clients across the islands and beyond.
